Inner Mongolia Xinya chemical power department, including maintenance team, Stoker team, electrician team and hardware warehouse, is responsible for the power transmission, equipment maintenance and repair of all production workshops, auxiliary workshops, administrative building and staff canteen of the company, and is fully responsible for the upgrading of equipment in all workshops of the company, the construction, acceptance and commissioning of new project projects, as well as the number of equipment, the length and work of pipelines It is difficult to describe the wide range, heavy workload, heavy labor intensity, and arduous environment. Li Lintang, Minister of power department, set an example, with exquisite technology, rigorous work style and selfless dedication, led a team with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. He has been rated as the "excellent manager" of the company for many consecutive years, and as the "model worker" of the group last year, which confirms his growth footprint.

 

 

 

Since he took the post of power department minister, he has been dedicated to leading the maintenance workers to work overtime frequently, regardless of the cold, hot summer, wind, snow, rain and frost. He takes the work above all else, takes into consideration the overall development of the enterprise, and dedicates himself to ensuring the safety of production. He has always firmly believed that as a cadre, we should do every job conscientiously, love every job, and do the best we can. Sense of responsibility can best test a person's attitude and pursuit of work. Last year, Li Lintang, based on the requirements of the group and the company, studied with workshop directors how to reduce consumption, improve quality and increase the company's efficiency. First of all, the comprehensive workshop and the original H-acid workshop were dismantled, and the idle equipment, platforms and other materials were sent to Yadong and Wuhai for utilization. The utilization rate of the equipment was greatly increased and the cost was reduced through the allocation of idle equipment. The transformation of the 2-naphthol chemical material section and the addition of the refined T-acid section in the T-acid workshop effectively ensured the smooth completion of the production task. Transform the small comprehensive workshop and build a new p-aminoacetanilide workshop. Seven sulfonation pots, four alkali melting pots, three concentration pots, two beating pots and other equipment were replaced in the intermediate acid workshop, which eliminated the potential safety hazards caused by the aging of the equipment and improved the production efficiency of the equipment.

 

 

 

If it is not under the leadership of Li Lintang, the spirit of the maintenance team's collective integrity and unity is impossible to talk about. Sometimes, he works overtime to finish the rush repair of equipment. In order not to affect the workshop production, he often leads the maintenance workers to work overtime. Due to the serious acid-base corrosion, fast aging and high replacement and maintenance frequency of chemical equipment, the labor intensity of maintenance personnel is increased invisibly. However, they rely on their excellent skills and exquisite technology to weld, cut, repair, rivet and repair, so that the equipment can work hard to complete the task of safe production. Under his coordination, we should make reasonable arrangements, work in different ways, and carry forward the spirit of not being afraid of dirtiness, hardship and tiredness. It is with too many people selfless dedication, tenacity and hard work that we have now achieved.
