In the continuous accumulation of experience, I have also learned some experience of doing things:

 

1、 It's hard at the beginning. Every industry has different requirements for sales assistants and the nature of their work, so when they come into contact with new jobs, everything has to be done again. From being familiar with the environment to being familiar with the product, the working procedure needs to have a process, but this process will not give you too much time, which depends on your own efforts.

 

2、 Communication is important. These days, I feel that communication with leaders, colleagues and departments is essential. Good communication will make everyone's work smoothly and reduce the occurrence of mistakes.

 

3、 The order of doing things. Assistant work needs to do a lot of complicated things, and will encounter unexpected things, which requires a reasonable arrangement of everything done, and the priorities should be clear, and important things can not be forgotten and delayed.

 

4、 Everyone has a different definition of their work. My interpretation is that since a work has become a work, there is no reason not to fight for it. We must set a goal in it, shed tears and sweat for it, and seek the highest level of self-improvement. I remember watching a speech like this: Luciano Pavarotti, a famous Italian tenor Looking back on the road to success, he said: "when I was a child, my father, a baker, began to teach me how to sing. He encouraged me to practice hard and develop my voice skills. Later, in my hometown of montena, Italy, a professional singer named aligo Bora accepted me as his student. At that time, I was still in a normal school. When I graduated, I asked my father, "what should I do? Be a teacher or a singer? I resisted the pain of failure. After seven years of study, I finally made my first official performance. After that, it took me another seven years to enter the Metropolitan Opera House.

 

Now my opinion is: no matter bricklayer or writer, no matter what profession we choose, we should have a kind of dedication. Perseverance is the key. Choose a chair! Without direction in work and life, there is no confidence. The road is all by oneself.
