I'm Shi Mingjing from the sample group of the application department. I'm honored to speak here as an excellent employee. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to the leaders and colleagues who have given me guidance and support in my work!

 

Today, I am both surprised and stressed to be able to stand here and speak. I am surprised because my work performance is not particularly outstanding, but my work is still recognized and supported by the leadership and everyone, so this is an unexpected surprise; I am under pressure because today's achievements will be the starting point for me tomorrow, and I will try to do better, so as to achieve continuous improvement of myself and create better achievements. So, I feel pressure for our future growth in the company. However, the road that has not been passed is always full of hope. I am looking forward to "the future", to greater success in the company and greater contribution to the company.

 

Looking back on my days in the company, I made a small summary of my work.

 

I entered the company on November 18, 2010, and now I am the leader of the sample group of the application department, mainly responsible for the inspection of external samples and the delivery of products of the factory. The work of the sample group is quite special, involving a large variety of products, a large amount of work and a large number of testing projects, but of great significance. Each sample will carry an order, and most of the business cooperation starts from the sample. In 2015, the sample group made a number of reforms and adjustments. Aiming at the nodes restricting the delivery and inspection results of samples, we sorted out one by one, reduced the intermediate links, and delivered samples as soon as possible to form orders. In terms of personnel, in accordance with the requirements of the minister, we have no reservations about the new college students. We take the old with the new. The working atmosphere of the Department is positive, harmonious and tacit. Compared with last year, the confirmation rate and working efficiency of the sample group have been greatly improved. In the process of work, I have come into contact with many different people and things, not only enriching my work experience, but also enhancing my ability to handle affairs, so that I can grow rapidly in my work. Of course, in the actual work, I can keep a positive and serious working attitude, do my own work steadily, and try to make my work more complete, no matter how high or low my position, how much or how little my workload is, because I always firmly believe that I can make contributions to the company in different positions, which I think is the most basic for all our employees One of them. We should do our work well and carefully, and strictly require ourselves with a responsible attitude.

 

 

 

This time, I think it is not only an affirmation of my personal work ability and achievements by the leaders and teams directly under my leadership, but also an encouragement for me to do better in the future. It will promote me to work harder to complete all tasks of the company and do everything well. In the new year, I will take the past achievements as a new starting point, strictly require myself with higher standards, study others' strengths modestly, improve and perfect my comprehensive quality and professional level in my work, conscientiously perform my duties and do my job well. I firmly believe that I will perform better in my future work. The development of the company makes us grow, and our joint efforts will definitely make the company more brilliant.

Although like many of my colleagues here, our work has been recognized by the leaders and everyone. We are honored to be honored as the honorary title of "excellent employee". Achievements and glory belong to the past 2015, glory and dream belong to the new 2016.
