On March 5, 1998, I came to Yadong and became a part of it. On the day when I entered Yadong, I had great ideals and aspirations and always wanted to learn something from Yadong. Now in retrospect, it has been more than ten years. Now, Yadong is not what it used to be. It has become more and more brilliant and I have become mature. Now, I am the maintenance team leader in the maintenance group of the power department, responsible for the maintenance of the mixing section.

 

 

 

In more than ten years, I have changed from a new employee to an old one. I know my responsibility and mission. As a person from Yadong, the pride of the company is the pride of every one of us. Over the past ten years, I have learned a lot about my life, work and maintenance skills in the family of Yadong. In the past decade or so, I have learned a few things:

 

 

 

1. Less complaining
