On November 8, the "boiler and heat transfer oil furnace combustion optimization system and inverter energy saving transformation project" of Xinya company passed the acceptance of the expert group of the Xinjiang Information Technology Commission.

The company strengthens the energy management and refines the assessment and incentive mechanism, strengthens the control ability of the power cost of each department, decomposes the quota index to each workshop, team and individual, implements the reward system of saving awards and exceeding punishment, improves the energy-saving awareness of all staff, carries out the energy-saving technical transformation, and controls the energy waste from the source. At the acceptance meeting, first of all, on behalf of Xinya company, Wang EMBO, the manager of the company, welcomed the arrival of the acceptance expert group, and briefly introduced the development of the company in recent years. Li Jian, the deputy manager, made a project construction progress report to the acceptance expert group, and submitted the energy-saving project application report to the acceptance group on behalf of the company. Then the acceptance group went to the site to discuss the boiler provincial gas system and frequency converter The transformation was inspected, and in-depth exchanges were conducted with the furnace foreman Zhang Wenqiang and the electrician group leader Jie Kelin. The experts agreed on the system process transformation, agreed on some cost reduction practices in the transformation process. After checking the entity, the expert group listened to and reviewed the acceptance application report, consulted the project acceptance and other relevant materials, and calculated and approved the annual energy saving of the project as 8500 tons of standard coal, 150 yuan per ton according to the national energy saving subsidy standard, totaling 1.27 million yuan, has remarkable energy-saving benefits.

 

The experience was discussed by the group and formed the project acceptance appraisal opinions. The boiler and heat transfer oil furnace combustion optimization system of Inner Mongolia Xinya Chemical Co., Ltd. and the inverter energy-saving transformation project conform to the national energy-saving project management regulations, the implementation contents are all completed, the use of funds conforms to the management method, all projects are qualified, and the energy-saving benefits are significant. The acceptance expert group agreed that the New Asia energy saving reconstruction project passed the acceptance.
