M-phenylenediamine is the main raw material for making black G, which is solid at room temperature and becomes liquid at a certain temperature. We have been using the artificial crushing method, first smashing the iron barrel, removing the iron sheet, and then carrying out the artificial crushing. The operation environment is poor, and the method is primitive. This method has lasted for more than 20 years. This month, we used a heat preservation room to carry out the experiment of m-phenylenediamine in it. After several days of experiment, m-phenylenediamine was dissolved. The workshop can be placed quantitatively, and liquid m-phenylenediamine can be directly used. This solved a problem that has troubled the company for many years, and now it has been preliminarily solved. In the next step, we need to plan the location and configuration of the heat preservation room, and install automation devices for the heating system.
